This review is a month overdue Rachel an her staff were exceptional, professional and efficient!
I spoke to Rachel about changing placing hardwood floors after water damage that had occurred in my apartment I was forced to relocate untill remodeling was done and she was on the spot in no time ready to help . She immediately sent someone out as she is a busy gal in high demand.
Rachel set up an appt with me and he patiently discussed all the aspects of the hardwood installation including leveling, moisture testing, and the pros and cons of different hardwood options. I was impressed by how much detail and time she took in explaining these aspects .
Once Rachel and his team started on the job, it was very professional and I could see the quality in their work right away. I was speechless and eager to get back home and not only were they efficient , but very professional. I would highly recommend LuLUs flooring and will definitely use them again. Thank you for your hard work and professionalism :)
