On 3/23 I contacted the office and spoke w Laura Krinkles (probably not her real name) and made an appointment for Jeff, the plumber, and a good friend, to come give me an estimate for my kitchen remodel. He was schedule to come on Friday afternoon. After waiting with no show and no call, I contacted the office on Tuesday. I was told that he was never going to keep the appt. because she, Laura, told him I cancelled it. Confused, I asked why she would do that...and I got an earful of vulgar profanity, name calling and threats. She is apparently very 'protective' of her boss. Most of this was via text, so I can verify this information. Please contact me at 206-920-9798, anytime.

Beware, stay away at all costs!
When I first meet Jeff and his office assistant Stacey, I thought they were such nice, wonderful people. They asked for a deposit and I didn't second guess it but after 2 weeks, ~20 phone calls and ~50 text messages all turned fruitless. It was always a constant stream of lies and excuses why the work could not be completed or a refund made. Lumpy the Plumber have been in Des Moines to Olympia and who knows where they have moved to next trying to escape their reputation. Don't fall for their elaborate lies

Do not go anywhere near this company. They are no longer licensed or bonded. the license has been suspended. Their work was below sub par and then they disappeared. We are having to bring in another contractor to repair what they did. I'd give 0 stars if it were a possibility.
