I used them to install a new AC in my duplex rental property a few years ago. That AC is now giving issues and they refused to do maintenance on it even though it came with a 10 year warranty unless I agree to select them to replace the other AC unit in the duplex. That’s a bad business model. I don’t select who to use based on loyalty I select based on whoever gives me the best pricing.
