    I hired this people and at the beginning to do the contract he use a guys name Ray and Jeremy they're come to your house with contract! Once we sign the contract and made down payment David and Jessica show up!! I pay 43,000 thousand and I find out he not even get the city permit. I have the hire another guy! Please be AWARE!!!!!!! This people are not good. Make sure check licenses check this names please RAY. JEREMY, DAVID AND JESSICA THE phone numbers doesn't exist!!

    DO NOT USE!! Took over $7K of our money for a pool renovation job in February 2020. They used a household paint to redo the inside of our vinyl pool and used cement to put tile on. TERRIBLE people and Terrible Work. We were left with a disaster of a pool and no money to have it repaired.

    I am so glad I decided on using Luna Noche Pools for my pool. The negative reviews here are ludicrous. I inquired about them and was told the back story. A disgruntled client who didn’t want to pay the final payment and her friends are posting false reviews. They don’t make pools for $30k-$44k so how is this even possible. Nor are they stealing from churches they build pools not porches. They were honest and very knowledgeable. They have been doing pools over 20 years. They walked me through each step of the process. Made suggestions I would’ve never thought of myself. They are currently building a pool for my best friend and it is in its final stages. I got many quotes and talked to several pool companies before deciding to go with Luna Pools. I saved thousands and I was able to get exactly what I envisioned within my budget by using them. Affordable but great work! I now have the backyard oasis I’ve dreamed of! Thank you Jessica for all of your help with achieving exactly what I wanted!

    She and her husband David took money from a very small church. They were suppose to build a porch on our church, they asked for 1,600 upfront and then Never did any of the work. I know this isn't as much as some of the reviewers above but our little church works very hard to raise funds for projects. How could they do this to our senior citizens. She even attended a few of our services. NEVER, EVER USE THEM. They will not return calls after taking your money.

    DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! They took $44,000 and my pool is barely halfway finished. Will not return calls. Jessica is a smooth talker and will get you to believe anything. This pool was a gift to myself for retirement and they have taken that dream away. I need $20K to finish, but I have no more money. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

    Well I wasn’t going to write any review but people MUST know. We were left half way completed. We paid Jessica And David Luna for the project as we went and as she told us she needed the money for that particular step in the building of our pool. We were already at our 30,000 point (what they quoted us the pool would cost) and we weren’t even half way through the building of the pool.They left never to return our calls but yet the other individual contractors would contact us telling us they had not been paid for the job they did in the project. Needless to say we had to complete the pool ourselves and hire our own independent contractors to do each step that needed to be done to completed because we were left with a hole in the ground in our back yard. Unfortunately they were Mutual friends of friends of friends and we walked away from any kind of legal action because we finished our pool and although they walked away from the project.. we stopped giving them money so we had no extra money lost... but no pool either. I did some digging (unfortunately after my fiasco) and I haven’t been the only one bit they have changed the name of the “company” several times (as she gets remarried) They have also scammed people under Keywest Pool and spa and under ONE of her ex husbands Bryan Whitson when her name was Jessica Whitson also look up Jessica Hernandez. This lady is is a CAREER CON ARTIST!! It’s a shame too because she knows what she’s doing and could probably make more money being honest with people and building their pools instead of scamming people for what she can then running off to another fabulous vacation and having to move to other towns.
