I would rate my experience with Luna‘s as a five based on the initial work, however I ran into an issue that was not his fault, but required moving the drain up slightly to allow enough room for concrete. I told him that the issue was not because of anything he did wrong, I asked him if he could move the drain up 3 inches. I told him that I was willing to pay him for the work, but he just insisted that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that his work was fine. Even after telling him several times that I was not saying his work was wrong, he kept insisting that the drain did not need to be moved and refused to help. Based on his follow up customer service after the initial install, I would not recommend Luna’s pool plumbing.

Abel Luna is very unprofessional, curses and generally doesn't give a damn. His words. He plumbed my pool incorrectly so that it would not function properly. All he needed to do was come back out and probably add another valve, but he hasn't come out and insisted that I don't know what I'm talking about. I have had 2 other pool professionals look at my pool plumbing and they confirmed that it wasn't done right. I would definitely not recommend Luna Pool Plumbing since he isn't affordable and he isn't professional and he won't fix a mistake that he made. I paid him about $12,000 and I would expect it to be right which it isn't.
