Would NEVER use again. He put in a furnace less than a year ago that is now not properly working. He would only text and refused to answer his phone or call back in spite of direct requests to do so. He threw out a few ideas for us to try and then suggested "operator error." When we continued to text with questions he stopped replying and then later starting answering with emojis. Replied to one question with "WTF." We've never worked with a less helpful or less professional individual before. We will certainly never use his business again. EVER.
