  Lupine Brothers roofing is a joke. We paid him to install a roof he took our money and never even did the work. In the process of taking him to court.

  Siding replacement

  $550

  Save yourself the time, headaches and money, and don't deal with this company. Brian Lupien and his workers replaced some siding on a house I own, but before long a corner of the siding started to lift. I sent multiple texts, and called Brian numerous times but got no response whatsoever. A strong wind came through this past week and the siding that they put up is now coming down piece by piece. I've reached out again to Brian Lupien multiple times and still to no avail. I now have to hire another contractor to repair the work that I paid them to do. The only reason I gave them a star, is because this site requires a minimum of 1 star before they'll publish a review. I didn't want to leave any stars. Stay far, far away from this "company."

  Replace Roof

  Dishonest Contractor

  Lupien Brothers put on new roof on my home in July 2014. They did not install step flashing (a basic roofing requirement) along an exterior wall. This led to water penetrating under the siding and subsequent water damage on the interior of the house. Lupien Brothers refused to take responsibility for the poor work because, as he said, I had paid him the entire amount of the contract and I had stated that the job was finished. I was extremely surprised at this blatant exploitation and dishonesty. Trust goes a long way in life and business. Once it is lost it is difficult to reestablish. They have violated this trust.

  I would rate Lupien Brothers Roofing less than 1 star if was possible. Purchased a fixer-upper, and he promised to have all work completed within four weeks. After eight weeks, he hadn't even started the work. When he did show up to do the work, he left our house in a mess, and it was necessary to hire a second contractor to fix everything he did and to finish the work he wouldn't. DO NOT HIRE>
