BEWARE! Does not obtain permits. I found this out when excavator hit water line and left it leaking until discovered by passerby. Upon calling water company, afterhours, was told they were never contacted nor was a permit obtained. Does not give receipts - even when you ask numerous times. Does not do quality work. Demolition person seems to be the only person that cares how work is done. No problem with the demo (equipment operator) but beware of promised back fill and seeding. Labor crew needs supervision. Unsupervised you end up with ruts, large to small pieces of foundation/debri and twine from straw hidden by straw. So BEWARE when you do the first cutting. Do NOT ask for additional work order. Paid $100.00 extra money to have cement slab and barrel removed. Only barrel removed. DO NOT have this contractor do any type of cement work - sidewalks in my case. Pictures available of sidewalks that were done the way they wanted to and not the way agreed too. Visable rebar, weeds growing, cracks, chipping, gravel aggregate, trip hazards (gas and water line accesses), not installed at original height and requisite grade, now lower and water ponds on sidewalk in front of my house. This alone is a major safety hazard and will be more so in the winter months. This site claims company in business since 2009 - Dale Lutterman says 13 years experience. Benefit of the doubt to Dale, maybe he does have 13 years experience but he does not do the work or supervise the job.
