I want to send a shout out to Aurelio and his team. About a month ago I called from Phoenix asking for help to remove blinds from my 95-year-old inlaw's home in Tehachapi. My stubborn father-in-law was insisting that he could get up on a ladder and do it himself and the family was not going to have it! The folks had only a week before new windows were to be put in and had to have all blinds removed, including windows impossible for my father-in-law to reach. Aurelio was very helpful and understanding. He sent a crew out the same week and they were courteous and efficient, and even cleaned the areas they worked on. Honestly, they might very well have saved the life of a stubborn old guy! My wife and I, and the entire extended family, are very grateful and wanted to be sure Aurelio and his team received special recognition for a job well done and much appreciated!
