This Pool & Spa installer brings with them a very knowledgeable, on the job site manager/owner (John D.) who is there to make all the installation decisions. His commitment to making the customer happy is outstanding and our installation had many challenges. Starting with a narrow, tree lined access road and an uncooperative delivery truck driver. John D. never backed away from the task and skillfully maneuvered the fiberglass pool past the trees and narrow passageway finally placing our pool in our yard just before nightfalls dark Skys.
As the pool installation continued he advised us of every choice including waterfall features, lighting and even accommodated our request for changes in design placements, which other contractors told us it was their way or don't hire them. Hence we didn't hire two other bidders and when with Luxgen and John D. Here we are opening up for our second season and Luxgen's John D. has supported our effort to improve the propane suppliers service by doing his own testing of the propane flow and ultimately proving the propane provider needed to improve their service and flow rate so our pool heater performed as it should.
You may have other choices for pool and spa installers but we're very happy we choose Luxgen to install our pool and spa and would highly recommend John D. and Luxgen to anyone considering installation or enhancements to their pool.

Our experience with John Dubyoski of Luxgen Pools and Spas, was a waste of time. John came across as incompetent; he was always late and unprepared for meetings and he could never give a straight answer on anything, from pricing to an accurate quote or even a basic timeline for the project.
We were contracted with John for one month before we had to fire him.
Be sure to research reviews/complaints under his previous business name; Diamond Pools and Spas.
