    These guys, simply put were life savers. They contacted us immediately following the storm after we found them through a Facebook ad. At first it seemed a little too good to be true but we filled out the simple contact form just to get some information. One of their very knowledgable project managers "Tyler" called us almost immediately, much to our surprise. After a short conversation including an abundance of valuable information, (this being me and my husbands first hurricane claim) we decided that we were willing to trust these guys with not only tarping our house while there was still an active leak but with the replacement of the roof and helping us through the insurance process. We sure are glad we did because they didn't skip a beat. Our roof was tarped inside 12 hours with multiple follow ups without request throughout the process. Months later we are very pleased as Tyler made sure our home was protected without any further water damage and now we have a new beautiful roof on before most of our neighbors. We thought that given how good of a job they did that we should reciprocate with a few nice words at the very least. Thanks a lot you guys! A++ and definitely would recommend.

    Tarp the roof of 1 home & 1 camp.

    After Hurricane Laura 1 of their reps contacted me. I had 2 properties that needed to be tarped, but we were not in a rush. There were several churches & other nonprofits offering free tarping. That would have taken several days to get done. Then, there were companies offering tarping for $600 per structure. They were available in a couple of days, & that's where we were headed. Luxor's rep told me that their company is "competitively priced", which was stated in a way that it naturally sounded like they were competitive with the $600 price. Sold! To have each property tarped for $600 was reasonable. Their rep also told me that we wouldn't even have to deal with the insurance companies. Weeks pass when Luxor begins calling me. WHAT happened to the "you won't have to deal with the insurance companies"? The most shocking part was their nowhere near close to competitive prices. I was expecting a bill for $1,200. Instead, they had charged over $8,000! The house cost $9,200 to roof the entire house. Now, they're wanting almost that amount for tarping the house & allegedly tarping the other property 2 times. What a rip off!! I wish I would have sent their rep away, & waited a few days for the $600 offer. Had they been honest about their ridiculously high priced, RIP-off game, I would have told them no thank you. So, beware. Get the bids in writing. Don't assume they're being honest. They are not! Price gouging is a rotten way to treat people who are already suffering from huge financial losses. Oh, apparently the only companies they're competitive with "emergency response" companies. Smh. What has happened to doing business in an open & honest way?
