As time has gone by, we have discovered plumbing which was glued. This has resulted in several leaks in the ceiling and under sinks.
Also, the foundation is sinking and the carpet padding was pieced together by pieces which were not the same thickness. Shortcuts not found in the inspection, but as time goes by.
All repairs have been performed at the my expense.
