I would never recommend Keith Herd coming out to repair anything on your home. Try getting a hold of this guy is impossible and leave messages and he never gets back to you. That is not how a business should be ran! The guy that did come out to repair our home was very hard to understand and then Keith came out to fix it and did a shoddy job on our home! Tried calling him to come back out to fix it again and he never responded to our calls, he doesn't stand behind his work!! He did supposedly have a project manager contact us and we never heard back from him either! Appartently they don't have any days or time available for us to schedule to have someone come out and look at it, so this can be fixed again! Now we will have to get someone else to fix their mess!!! Steer clear from this business!!!!!!!
