Buyer beware! We would NEVER do business with Luxury Windows again and here’s why:
We have a small two bedroom house in Oakland Park. We spent over $30k on windows and doors with them and, after a dozen attempts to get service after the sale, they continue to give us excuses. They considered us a “small” customer because, at one point, after waiting months for our installation (after we paid but they ordered the wrong sizes) we were told that they had a “big” customer they were working with and that we’d just have to wait. I still have all their messages and will post them if they deny it.
Right now, after just two months of use, we have broken handles, a major door that won’t lock, screens that continually fall out bc they don’t fit correctly, and a sliding door with a gap that allows mosquitos, bugs and warm air in. I have attempted to arrange a service call with them for the past month, and after trying over 12 times, I give up.
I seldom write negative reviews like this but I think homeowners should be warned. Don’t
expect service after the sale, once they’re paid, they’re gone.
