    Terrible contractor

    L V Renovation and its owner Leo V. is huge Red flag, big thief, very bad job, fail inspection many time for the same job, he has no clue about building, invent many ways to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX your money and at the end you have to repeat the job as he never pass inspection, and at the end he runs away from the project as he cannot keep up with the job or contract. Be careful, he will offer you low estimate to pull you into the contract but it will end up costing you double his estimate to fix his damages. Huge scammer and big failure.

    Terrible contractor, he steals our money and never in time, he made excuses all the time, and always ask for money and come up with many things to get more money. We had to fire him after losing 60K , but will sue him and report him to Bayonne town ship. I will make sure he will not work in Bayonne anymore.

    Bad workmanship, doesnt take responsibility

    He does good job on the surface but bad workmanship inside. When things start breaking in 6 months, he does not come to fix. He keeps saying, that he is busy and the customer has to wait.

    Terrible terrible contractor... Please don't go with this guy... He has disappeared for 3 months. It's been a nightmare..
