My down payment was received on March 25th. The install did not start when promised. Instead, it started on May 3rd. As of May 9th project was only partially complete and it was not finished until June 1st. This was supposed to be a 2-3 day project. I had emailed the owner of the company on 5/13, 5/17 & 5/20. I did not receive a response until May 23rd. The response stated they would be at my home on June 1st to finally complete the project. On June 1st they came to my home and to make a long story short I will just say I am shocked at the unprofessionalism of the Nick. Not only did he tell me I was trying to rip him off, but he also told me he was going to remove my fence and proceeded to dig into the ground around my posts and also to cut the clips holding the fence to the posts. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I feel like I was lied to from the beginning and waiting a month from starting date to completion date for a 200' fence project is unreasonable. My fence is supposed to be a black coated vinyl chain link with black powder coated posts, rails, & hardware. There are quite a few pieces of my fence that were just spray painted black.

Nick Brown received a deposit from me, a check which he promptly cashed, and failed to perform any work at all. It has been 5 months, no responses via email, all phone numbers are no longer in service. Stay away from this guy. Time to let him explain it to the courts.
