Chad has been the driving force behind a complete tear down and remodel of our house. Built in '72 and empty for the last few years, there was plenty of repairs that needed to be done. He helped in the planning and materials acquisition phase, often considering details we would have overlooked. Tasks have included window replacement, wall removal, wall construction, exterior siding, adding an additional bathroom, plumbing, sheet-rocking, installing vinyl flooring, new interior doors, new exterior doors, bathroom and dryer vents where none existed before, installing kitchen cabinets and much much more. Chad has provided a positive force where my wife and I were occasionally exhausted with our project. He educates himself on new processes and products to assure the job is done right the first time. We move in this weekend and we couldn't be more excited!
