Ok. They built our home 4 years but did a lot of work themselves that they were not skilled enough to do. Doors don't close right and deck steps have begun to sink. Septic tank outlet from the house has a 90 degree angle in the pipe to the tank (it shouldn't) and we had a back up. The paid for the tank to be empited and flushed the pipe , so now we have to flush periodically so it does not back up gain. Roofer they hired did shoddy work (per all 3 roofing companies we had estimates from) and we had to replace the whole back half of our roof due to leaks which resulted in needing interior repairs. This was outside of the "warranty" so we paid out of pocket for roof and interior repairs. If you have a home built, it is wise to spend the $600 -$1000 for a home inspection just to ensure everything is as good as it should be.
