Looks good, but work doesn't last

Was extremely pleased with the work done by Greg, but after a short time, we started to see cracks in the grout of my tile. I reached out to Greg who said he would come back to repair it. Nearly one year later, I have never heard back from him. I trusted That he would stand behind his workmanship, but has not.
