    $11,000

    Hired Kenny to move and setup a mobile home for us. He was constantly late and behind schedule. Many issues arose during and after. Kept failing inspection due to things being setup improperly or not at all, I had to do the work myself. The trailer was damaged during the move and I ended up coughing up and extra $3500 to fix it, Kenny told me to use my homeowners insurance lol! They never filled out the 504 tax form prior to moving so we got hit with a tax bill from the prior county, Its a simple free form that the mover has to fill out but he never did and it is a misdemeanor!

    set up utilities

    Hired the owner to correct the services in my mobile home(water,gas and electrical)everything was connected,and needed to pass the final inspection and be able to get the power meter installed,he charged me 3,000 dollars witch I paid in advanced(my bad to trust)and after 3 1/2 months he made the corrections and only needed to set up an appointment with inspector for final walk/inspection,after calling him numerous amount of times and blocking my personal,work and my wife's phone number my state permit expires and now I have to hire another contractor and get an extension on the sate permit...
