Richard’s experience in the construction industry began over 35 years ago and includes over 17 years of construction management, 12 years of home improvement design and over 3 decades of residential and commercial roofing. Richard’s commitment to utilizing the best & most efficient building practices is evidenced by a degree in home construction. His talent is surpassed only by a drive to provide his customers with the best value in the industry.

Justin, following in his father’s footsteps, started in the construction industry at age 16. Mentored by his father, he decided to make it his career.     A Nightmare... They scam and trick with an IPAD with no writing sign here so I can call your insurance company say nothing about Assignment of Benefits (AOB) give you a estimate with your company representative come back and do another quote on their own and use that one all jacked up 3x the amount of the first one which you could buy a new house then ended up placing a lien on my 85 yr old stage IV cancer Mother who the rip off rep took an insurance check to her in the hospital and had her endorse while she was under sedation... all so wrong we will have our day in court when I find the best attorney for this job. THEY ARE Crooks ...

    So far a complete disaster! Refuse to give me necessary paperwork to cash the check. Also employees in office are extremely rude. Roof is getting worse as they refuse to do anything. Submitted a quote for almost 20,000.00 and insurance paid half so their stringing me a long cause of their so called contract.

    My account manager, Aisha, is amazing and I trust her. I have a complicated situation with an open claim due to a hurricane a few years ago. She has made sure that every question and concern i have is explained and answered. Her supervisor, Joe,has even called me and answered the more complicated questions regarding the process. She has followed up with me and always gets back to me in a timely manner with any questions I have. She genuinely cares about her clients and I believe that her company does as well.
