Very dissatisfied. Doesn’t communicate with home owners well. Very Unprofessional.
We were left with no other option but to terminate him.Response from Lz Custom Homes Inc February 19, 2024Troy and Trish Carlin have issues that just got in the way to work with Troy drank too much in my opinion. He made changes to the new build without talking to his wife. And would then blame them on me. It finally came done to non payment that I stopped doing work for Troy. I then spent almost 2 years with my attorney to get paid which I finally received in December 2023
