Please stay away from this contractor.....he rebuilt our house 5 years ago, and he took so many shortcuts....our floors creaked from day one and when we complained about it he did nothing.
He basically threatened us that his daughter was a lawyer and she would take care of getting him out of having to replace or redo anything.
Very unprofessional if you challenge him on anything he storms off and does not return when he feels like it. I would never recommend him to any anyone....I only recently discovered our friends had the same issue with unresolved work and poor quality renovation on their property.
Stay away!!!
