    STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR!
    Had them come out to fix a HVAC repair in the middle of winter and was unable to use our system until repaired. They received the part a week later but never contacted me to let me know to schedule a repair appointment. After I CALLED them, they scheduled two weeks out, but had to cancel that appointment and rescheduled for another week out! So four weeks without heat in the middle of winter months - absolutely unacceptable!
