I would stay far away from this contractor. He works with his family members. Big mess. Plumbing work-put the sink trap in sideways (see picture)! I called my plumber out to get it right. The bathroom floor had to be replaced due water damage. He said before the job, "we will make it look better than it does now". It is sinking in, the grout is cracking--terrible job. Mr. Peake and his helpers left a big mess under our house in the crawl space-a lot of debris. Even a beer can! The only thing he did correctly was the living room wall and hardwood floor.
