It was an unpleasant one to say the least. We agreed that he would get started March 2024. It clearly states this on contract. I talked to him on numerous occasions as March came and went. He had an excuse for not doing the job in a timely manner. Weather, not enough workers, etc. . On May 6 I was tired of waiting. I asked for my deposit back and he seemed surprised. He said I had to wait 30 days for my deposit. I didn’t understand this but I waited again and he sent my deposit less $200 for “fuel usage”. I think he demands 50% deposit as a way of controlling his customers. I have read many reviews after the fact. Something I regret. They are all the same theme. I am working with BBB to get my $200 back if that doesn’t work I will take him to small claims court.
