HORRIBLE, do not use this builder. There were so many problems with our home and 6 others. Michael will not respond to text, emails, or phone calls from anyone. We are all going on year two of being in our homes and he has yet to complete what he needs to in all of the homes. He has randomly sent out subcontractors here and there but has never completed anything. All of these items were in our contract and he has completely ignored his responsibilities. We are all beyond disappointed in him and his lack of follow through.
