I used Mike for a couple of jobs around my house and even recommended to friends and family and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Never mind his timeframe is never correct but his work is just not good and more importantly he does not stand behind his work. I have had a crack in my new tub for almost 2 years now and he still has not come back to replaced even though he has said multiple times that he would. His solutions is to put tape on it. I even went as far as to buy a new tub yet he will not even respond to any texts anymore. It has now caused damage to my kitchen ceiling and countless fights between my wife and I. If you are thinking of using Mike please contact me and I will show you pictures of his actual work that includes a tile job that looks like a 3 year did, cracked tub due to improper installation, unsecured insulation, and more.
