I would not recommend this contractor at all. Since building the Sons of Italy in Methuen, we have had multiple issues with this being a brand new building. The flooring installed in the main bar/function area, has broken into pieces. The sub-floor that the tile was installed on was not level thus when members sit at bar, the tile below is all cracked due to uneven flooring below. The bocce area which has twenty foot high walls has some four hundred (400) sheet rock screw heads popping through the sheet rock walls. These all had to be fixed after his one year contract for work was complete. The thermostats for heating system were installed some twenty feet from the exterior doors in the bocce hall. Every time someone comes into these doors, the cold air from outside hits the sensors turning the heating system on. Most recently, the asphalt shingles installed on the roof have lifted and blown off the building. These shingles were installed directly on the 3/4" wood sheathing sub-roof without tar paper being installed below and too few nails installed on shingles. This is the second time in three years that this has happened. The list would go on and on but I would recommend you chose a different contractor when building a fifteen thousand square foot building. The sub-contractors that were hired to do this building lack any kind of building common sense what-so-ever.
