These guys are terrible. Rebuilt our deck to meet code. Used poor grade of materials that are now splitting. Rails are falling off because the screws used we're too short. Deck boards were not properly screwed down, uneven, and bad wood was used. New wood was purchased for our project and then was taken back by them instead of leaving it. House was gouged and original wood broken and put back on. We were given an estimate and timeline and they didn't live up to either. Job was to take 2 or 3 weeks and it actually took 2 months. The cost was almost double the quote they gave us. In the end, they never finished the job. Kept promising to come back but didn't. Then he told me he had the flu! Of course I don't want him to come back now under the circumstances of Covid 19! I will now have to hire someone else too come out and finish the deck and fix all of their mistakes of bad wood and carelessness.
Only 2 guys came to do the job, not a crew. Most of the time just one guy. All very unprofessional. They even tried to hide their trash trailer behind our garage - probably because it wasn't licensed!
They thought they could come and go on the property and they wanted, without calling. Daniel even came after dark to put in a step. After I told him, no, not in the dark. I don't really think they're a real company... My brother choose them off some site because they had 5 starts. Anyone that have them 5 starts should have their head examined. They were probably relatives. Don't call them!!!

I would like to give this company five stars, but will have to settle for the lowest rating of a one star. Overall the work was good. The major problem Iām currently experiencing is unfinished work. I have a small amount of hardwood flooring left unfinished, shoe molding needing to be done and carpet/hardwood transition work. There is also caulking that needs to be completed around the toilets, gaps between wall and floors, baseboard and shoe moldings. Two of the bedroom doors that were rehung after the flooring was done no longer closes. The dishwasher was put back in crooked and is off 3/4ā.
I have made arrangements twice to have them return to finish. Both times it was a no show. Since May my flooring project has been left undone. I will adjust the review once the flooring is completed.
