    Marc was fantastic my home warranty company sent him my way. He was very knowledgeable and so easy going. He fixed my plumbing problem and arrived on time which I am very anal about. Plus I found out he is a vet I will always go out of my way to business with a vet owned company. Thank you Marc for doing a fantastic job.     Horrible customer service. The tech (who may have been the owner) was so rude and in a terrible mood the moment he arrived. Probably the worst service visit I've ever had in my home. Really disappointed.

    Marc completely remodeled our entire home with new oak cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, diagonally laid 12 x 12 tiles throughout new built-in wall air conditioners in 3 rooms, upgraded our main electrical supply to 125 amps from 70, grounded all house outlets, retextured all walls throughout reconfigured our plumbing and SO much more! We are so very pleased we picked M D Siever General Contractor to remodel our house and have recommended him to man folks since.
