    Marcus Waterman was the contractor on an addition to the rear of our house and a free standing garage which is located in a highly restrictive historic district.
    Here are the reasons we recommend WD WATERMAN
    1 Never had a failed inspection.
    2 Solved complicated logistical issues on the spot.
    3 At all times, honored my wishes concerning my unusual pets and personal conduct of his staff.
    4 Explained in detail why something had to be done a specific way when I asked or tried to change it, which I often did.
    5 Did what he said he was going to do and when he said he would.
    6 Was sensitive to and competent in dealing with unexpected issues that inevitably arise with a 150 yr. old house...with no foundation!
    7 dealt with neighbors complaining about noise in such a way that I never heard from them again.
    8 used only quality materials
    9 Even enduring an earthquake and a hurricane during construction, still completed job on time.
    10 Completed job in budget.

    Mr. Waterman dispelled all the horrible stories about contractors by his professional conduct and highly skilled workers.
