Got a contract in 2017, kept getting the run around that they were working on getting plans drawn up and approved. Went on for 8 months, constant delays, blamed his architect, kept putting us off. Finally gave him an ultimatum and he has been dragging his feet on refunding our money. We are now past a year on this project and out $4000. Filing a small claims court to try to get our money back.
