    Meter replacement with gooseneck.

Mr. Mitchell picked up my phone call, went to my home in a short period of time and gave me a bid that was reasonable. He handed all the permits and documentation with BPU.

He did it a meter swap and gooseneck installation for me to bring my height clearances of my incoming feed to local code and upgraded my meter size.

He came in and knocked out the job in a timely manner and past inspection with no issues.

His his professionalism and quality where everything that I needed and recommend anyone else. Thank you Gary.

electrical for tankless water heater and rewired kitchen island
    $750

My wife & I hired Gary & his son Daylan to run electrical for our new Tankless water heater. Before just jumping in and running electrical Gary met with me to discuss the most efficient way to run the electrical so the circuits would not be overloaded. This led to a discussion where my wife informed that since a kitchen remodel 3 1/2 years ago she had been unable to use the microwave and toaster at the same time. Other electricians said they were not able to fix it or run electrical to an area over a ping pong table in the basement. Well, Gary fixed the circuit overloading issue in the kitchen, ran electrical for the tankless water heater and devised a way to get light over the ping pong table. Gary is very thorough, timely & trustworthy. I'd highly recommend anyone to use Gary & Daylan for your next electrical need!!

Gary attempted to help me with an issue I was having with my cooktop stove. The cooktop was original equipment for my home that was built in 1959. The infinite switch I was sold by the appliance repair store was an electrical match for the switch that needed to be replaced, but the location of the terminals on the new switch didn't match the old switch. Because the connection wires weren't long enough for the new switch, I couldn't use it and I will have to upgrade to a newer cooktop. None of that is Gary's fault. I hired him to wire the new infinite switch and he did so. The burner heated as it should, but because the connection wires weren't long enough, I could not mount the switches and attach the control knobs, making the switches useless. The point of this long-winded review is Gary tried to make a less invasive repair work to prevent an outright replacement. Few to no contractors of his stature would do that, particularly when they didn't buy or recommend the replacement part they agreed to install. I highly recommend Gary for his efforts even though the installation ultimately didn't work out through no fault of his.

    200-Amp Service Upgrade
    $1,700

Worked with Daylan to do a service upgrade at my house. They had the best price and their work is top notch. Daylan communicated through the whole project and had Evergy and the city inspectors as well as the permits permits all lined up. Overall just really good, professional people to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Electrical work around the house. Safety concerns the inspector pointed out when buying.

I have nothing but good things to say about M & E Electric. They have been helping me with my electrical needs at the house and have been very thorough and caring for my family's safety. Gary has helped me out so much and I even learned a thing or two about safety issues with electricity. I definitely recommend the company. The wiring in the house was a mess but not only did he make it safer, but cleaner. Now we're in the process of finishing and I couldn't be more excited!

    Kitchen Lighting
    $600

I would highly recommend M&E Electric for your next need for commercial or residential electric work. We recently had can lights installed in our kitchen and made a few changes to the location of outlets and switch plates. Gary was very professional and thorough from start to finish - even vacuumed my living room following the job! They'll be my go to electrical contractor for any future work I have.

Honest, provides exceptional electrical design, installation and repair coupled with high quality sub-contract construction and painting. Gary designed scheme and installed 40 new LEDs with reflector receptacle "cans." He also installed and centered 7 new fans and troubleshoot faulty electronics. Multiple dimmer switches were installed near the respective heads of each bed. Three 65" Smart TVs were were centered on the walls and mounted securely on wall-mounted swivel brackets. Multiple closet and vanity LEDs were installed as well. A sensor light was installed in the porch ceiling so we could see the door lock during entry at night. Cables were set behind the walls for the 3 TVs and the walls were patched and painted seamlessly. Several switches were installed inside the closets and in the living room. The entire project was accomplished in two phases at a total cost of $10,000. Comparable work in Boston ( where I just completed a total renovation of my home electrical system before sale..., would gave cost double the amount..., with unanticipated delays.
In closing..., you will do well to hire M&E Electronics for your project. You can trust ..., you will receive a technically sound solution that is on-time and very cost-effective. I will be contacting Gary for Phase III of my home electrical project

    electric wiring fix

We hired Gary to fix wiring after we drilled into our wall to hang up pictures and knocked out the power on one side of our house. He did a thorough inspection and realized the problem right away after checking out our circuit breaker. Rather than drill and break open the wall, he told us it was a simple fix and even made sure all our outlets were correctly wired. From the very beginning, he was responsive, professional, and reliable. I'd absolutely recommend Gary and M&E Electric for anyone in need of a good electrician.
