Mark kept us informed of what was going on and when we needed to do something. Communication was good. They were dependable and did a thorough job. They did not do a chain link fence, but did other major service, including rewiring the entire house, installing a second bathroom, and installed a small deck on the back of the house. They cleaned up well after they finished the jobs. Would definitely hire again for other jobs if we have them in the future.

He was the only contractor who agreed to work on our project. The garage now seems to be structurally sound and hopefully will pass inspection by our insurance company.

M. Hoy Contracting repaired two walls that were damaged by leaks in the roof. While doing that another source of rain damage was discovered and they repaired that too. We were pleased with their work. The workmen were friendly and courteous and Mr. Hoy went out of his way to get the job done properly We would recommend this contractor.

Very clean install with attention to finish details.

It was a pleasure to work with Mark Hoy and his team on my recent basement project. An old, unfinished basement with rotted joists and soggy, saggy insulation desperately needed attention. I knew the clock was ticking as I began to find hairline cracks in my horse hair plaster stairwell. Mark provided a solid game plan for structural support and to remedy the poor insulation and lack of a vapor barrier. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. The basement is solidly supported, insulated and dry. The first floor no longer creaks when I walk and I can tell that the flooring is more solid than ever. The structural support was at a tipping point - in needed to be addressed sooner than later. Now my house is solid and good for a very long time thanks to Mark and his team. Mark was great with his communications, going over the project before, during and after the construction to make sure I knew what was going on and that I was happy. I've recommended M Hoy contracting to my Mother who is using him for a long overdue home project. I would never hesitate to use M Hoy Contracting again and would highly recommended them to all!

Mark and crew did a nice job on the vinyl siding on our house. Made some suggestions, listened to what we wanted and completed the work pretty quickly. Very pleased.

Cause of Penn dot he can't do driveway..so having him do embankment cutting.
