This company doesn't have an active Corporation and they don't want to give you a receipt or warranty in writing.
I investigated this company because Ricardo Jimenez who claims that he works for this company and is owned by his brother did a job that was not done by Code. He left a ho!e or the flashing was not flattered with the shingles and wanted to convenient me that the work is this way. When I complained to the building department and they explained to me and I let the contractor know that the inspector said that he should have pulled a permit he started to yelled at me.
Furthermore,he doesn't want to give me a receipt for the payment nor he wants to give me in writing the terms of the warranty for the work.
On his advertising said that their work is warranty for 10 years and I don't believe that.
The name that is been used on their work truck is :
M & I Roofing. Commercial & Residential.

We hired M&I General Contracting to help us with our property damages caused by the hurricane. Our project manager Bryan was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire project. M&I has the hardest working crews who take pride in their work and provide an amazing final product. Our new roof is beautiful and I would recommend this company to anyone. M&I was our saving grace after a tree fell on our house during hurricane Irma in 2017. We were in a six-month battle with our homeowners insurance company to get the money we needed to fix our home. We signed our rights over to M&I and they quickly got us what we needed from the insurance company to repair our house. They replaced our roof, our fence and also took down the popcorn ceiling and replaced it with knock-down. I am so thankful for Caleb and the rest of the team at M&I. All of the workers that came to our home were on time, polite and professional. Thank you M&I! Now our home looks even better than before the hurricane.
