I can't give enough praise to MJ Dalsin Roofing.
I took over the Head Custodian position 2 years ago and my first goal was to find a roofing contractor that could repair a leak and not have to come back again and again to get it fixed.
I keep kidding with Reggie that they are going to work themselves out of a job because when they fix a leak it is fixed for good. They never have to come back to do a second repair in the same spot. They even date the patch, but I don't know why.Here is an example of their professional, anything for the customer attitude. Last Friday we had a pestering leak in our auditorium that was threatening to cancel our fall school play.
An hour before the play was to start I called the guys who were working on a building not too far away and they came to the school, found the hole and repaired it just in time for the play to go on.
This isn't the exception for Dalsin, it's what they do all the time.
