We hired M&J Landscaping for spring irrigation start up service plus extension of sprinkler, new irrigation control box as well as two new outdoor faucets in the back yard. We also hired them to place wooden posts in the raspberry bush area.
The two workers named Jesus, and Pod were wonderful. They were hard workers and respectful and valued our inputs. We were satisfied with first two projects and hired M&J for fountain start up, power wash, metal edging work. The owner Mario failed to provide quotes other than the very 1st one. On July 13th, the fountain was up and running in the morning. We made a payment promptly. By evening the water level was low at alarming rate. By next day all water drained. Mario came to check on the fountain on 15th of July and stated that he needed to return back with sealant to be applied to the fountain floor. He failed to return or contact us ever since. We sent him text messages as well as email messages only to be ignored by him. We found his performance as a business owner very unsatisfactory and disappointing.
