Would not recommend this contractor. Signed contract to add room, replace roof and paint exterior. Work was low quality (used the least expensive material), never got any work approved in accordance with. City codes. Asked for second of three payments, then left the job. Never finished. Filed a judgement against him for incomplete work. Had to hire another contractor to correct his work so it would pass city codes and complete the addition and replace roof. Would not recommend this contractor!
