Electrician (Keith Bacon) was on time for the estimate, very courteous, was very knowledgeable about the situation and equipment. He gave me the estimate. I interviewed 2 others companies for comparison purposes. M&K was right in line but seemed to have more knowledge about the equipment. I made an appointment with M&K to do the work. Keith showed up right on time, completed the work and it works perfectly! What else could you ask for? They are a diamond in the rough. They are all you need.

I had an appt for 2 weeks set at 8:30am. Lyle called and said he had to drop supplies off to someone. I called a couple hours later when he didn't show all he did was make excuses about being a gofer and had to deliver supplies, he said he would be here in 30 mins. 2 hrs later I called again, he gave me more excuses about going to Home Depot for other jobs, again he said 30 mins. He showed up after 1pm like nothing was wrong. He didn't care when I told him I found someone else. Big job, needed my whole house rewired. Never an apology from the man.

Hurricane shutters were stuck in up position. They surveyed the job immediately and said it was possibly a loose wire. Took wall switch out fixed loose wire and we’re done. No sales pitch nothing but a great job.
Highly recommend. I would have paid anything and they charged almost nothing.
Wonder experience in an area where you are constantly getting ripped off.
I’ll call them next time for sure!
