This work which included complete remodeling of two bathrooms started on 05/21 and supposed to be completed in 12 days but the work completed only for one bathroom with many defects in mid July. I incurred many of losses including time and use of the bathrooms.
There were several defects which were noted and told during the work which was due to inexperience worker who was not able to speak English. There were some which Mr Reza promised to completed/fixed but never done.
I contacted Mr Reza several time for the issues but to no avail. I sent an email listing all the defects with images on 11/09 which he responded and said he will visit to see the issues. He came promised that he will fix them in week time but till this date I didn't get any thing fixed. Some of the defects are,
• The new Shower was not secured with the structure inside the wall causing it to move all the time.
• The shower faucet keep dripping the water while using shower. That is causing loss of pressure of shower water plus water wastage. I spoke to the manufacturer and they explained that this is due to installation problem. The distance between shower faucet and the control know is not minimum 8 inch which per specification should be between 8 & 18 inches. The larger picture attached.
• The tiles grout is not done correctly as per specifications and there are spaces where grout is missing.
• The new bathtub door was installed incorrectly and was damaged while removing to correct. I had to buy an another new one because the previous was not possible to install.
• The bath tub door when removed it left holes in the brand new bath tub and the brand new tiles which was not repaired.
