    Build a 2100 sq ft Condo
    $429,000

    It took M&Q Development, LLC (owners are Mike Mazin & Remo Querciagrossa) OVER A YEAR to build a 2100 square foot condo, that they promised it would be done in 1-2 months when we signed a contract in March 2023, but it was not completed until April 2024. Their previous name was M & M Custom Homes, Inc. if you want to look them up under this name you will find lawsuits and other complaints like this one…no wonder they changed the name.

    This was the WORST experience and longest year of my life. I mainly dealt with Mike who would consistently say every time we talked to him that the build would be done in 1 -2 months, this went on for an ENTIRE year. He would blame everything and anyone he could about the delays. It was never his fault. He would go weeks without responding to our calls/texts, but the second he needed something from us he was yelling on the phone if it was not done the next day. He made promises that he did not keep and there was a problem every step of the way. I could keep going with specific issues, but I don’t want the review to be so long that no one will read it. I really hope I can warn other potential buyers to steer clear from this company.

    When we did the final walkthrough/inspection we found over 50 items some cosmetic some more serious (gas leak, brown soft spot on ceiling in bathroom and primary bedroom, broken window frame, etc.) that needed to be resolved. After waiting OVER A YEAR for them, their response was “we are not fixing any of these, except the gas leak. Tell us where to send the refund check.” We were lied to, manipulated, mis-quoted, nickeled and dimed, and strung along by this builder for over a year. Take my advice and DO NOT let M&Q build you anything. The quality of construction was so poor the inspector said “he would take their tools away.”

    Build home.

    This builder is the worst.. There are too many complaints, as he was so awful that he installed a used stump pump in my brand new home, charge for premium supplies and installed standard, lied and changed my designs without permission, walked away from project and I had to finish it myself. Stay away from this builder.

    The worst builder I have ever felt with
    People out there be careful of Micheal he just not honest and very bad quality of work
    It took him 2 years to build my house and cost me a lot of money by paying construction loan interests
    And at the end he did not finish the house and did not want to close until I paid him extra money that I should not paid off but I just got tired of him and I just wanted to move in to my house.
    No matter what he’s promising do not deal with him.
    I wish I can give him zero star but there no option for that
