I have had Sean do some work for me. It was a nightmare. Recently, I took a piece of the deck to have the species inspected at Lowes and Home Depot the contract was for Red Wood. I learned that the piece I took the in fact was Douglas Fir. Not.the contracted material I requested. The contract was to be completed In two months and started In 2017 and final pasted Inspection 08/05/2019. It is now 2021 it will be about the sixth time that Mike Springer with the ROC will be out to investigate. I really question Sean Military Ethics and code of conduct. When you find him defensive trust your Institution he has screwed you. Furthermore, he will tell you not to talk with the Inspectors because it will cost you more. When in fact it's because he hardly cares enough insurance for the jobs he does.

Horrible Guy. Lies repeatedly. Bounced a check and still owes thousands in material he took. Beware of this guy. Let him know to settle his debt.

We hired M and M to build a covered play area and repair some fencing. Not only were they very reasonable but they answered all our questions and concerns.

Beware M&M Diversified LLC in Sierra Vista Arizona. Mr. Sean Mendoza caused thousands of dollars of destruction to my house. He destroyed material and not only did not uphold the contract but in fact had a faulty contract according to the AZ Registrar of Contractors. He lies on multiple occasions when questioned about the work and substitutes faulty material for the unwary home owners. A complaint was filed against him with the AZ Roc but considering the fact that my house was going to be left in shambles for years, it was settled when Mr. Mendoza refunded my half down, which he had for months and couldn't complete the project. He left my house in disarray, no lights, construction debris in my house, and when it was eventually called quits because I tripped in my hallway due to his equipment and debris left for months, no lights, and no response to the problems. His response at that time, is “I am going out of business.” I could go on and on about the problems Sean Mendoza caused and his ridiculous responses. Just to put it into perspective, he jammed a 32” door into a 30” door space during the remodel, even though he had exact specifications. When questioned, his response was, “Of course, I can make any door fit.” He later renewed his contracting license at future date, to allow time to get out of his hot water. He needs a RED flag list for his work. Ultimately he is working elderly personnel and defense workers with his spill about his military background in the Sierra Vista Arizona area. Further he told me he and his son was doing the work on my property. He then had numerous people on my property, that when asked who they were he refused to give me names. Things came up missing from my property, leaky oil spills in your driveway, and if you like to smell cigarettes in your house, well, he will let them in.

Don't hire Sean Mendoza for anything, ever. I issued a down payment on 3/4/2022 for roofing and siding. The roofing work was completed adequately finally in December, 2022. It is now 8/1/23 1 year and 6 months later and he still doesn't have the siding material. He has admitted misappropriating funds from one project to another to cover his behind when caught in low balling ( under bidding ) projects. He is incompetent, untruthful, unreliable, and a con artist. After over 10 months he said the siding supplier messed up and sent the wrong color. He never checked it until it was time to be installed?? Then cancelled that order and ordered from another supplier, so he says, and again we are in limbo, waiting until hell freezes over. I wish I could use stronger language to explain exactly the frustration and anger I feel. But my beliefs don't allow for that. DON'T HIRE M and M DIVERSIFIED LL C, ever for anything. You've been warned.
