Emmanuel Pimental is not to be trusted. During his estimate we had a lengthy conversation of what was to be expected from him for a kitchen floor tile job. We thought we were on the same page after the initial meeting with him but as it turned out nothing he said actually manifested during the work. He was supposed to be doing the tile work himself along with two other workers but in fact he did not do any of the work and left it to his two workers who were not all that good at tiling.. After he left the last day (without saying anything to us) we contacted him a few days later to tell him about our dissatisfaction. Its been over three weeks now and we have not gotten any response from him after numerous attempts to contact him via email, text, and snail mail. To say the least this is very unprofessional. This goes without saying but, We will never hire m&m or do any business in the future with emmanuel pimental after this terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and find a better qualified contractor.
