Probably the worst contractor you can ever hire. Unfortunately, I had Brandon Montgomery (the owner of company) finish my basement and here is a summary of my experience: Uses cheap materials, does not show up on time (or doesn’t show up at all), does not finish the project during the negotiated timeframe, poor job quality, and unprofessional at every level. He did not even complete finishing my basement project, claiming he could not find the flooring materials while I have seen the material available at Homedepot for several months now. He simply has not come back because I owe him $500 on the contract, but the volume of mess and crappy work that he needs to fix is too much. He might come cheaper than other contractors, but it is not worth all the headache and trouble of fixing on your own. I added a few sample photos of his poor work here. Some other areas like all the caulking that are falling apart in the bathroom are hard to show in a photo. Bottomline, you get less than what you pay for!

We had our small master bathroom remodeled in December 2020. Looking back, there were a lot of red flags from the beginning but my my husband and I are both pretty passive and this was our first time doing any remodeling. We had subway tile installed in the shower and 4 feet up around the rest of the bathroom. Not long after installation, we looked in and saw a tile had fallen. A quick google search led me to learn that was likely due to poorly mixed/too dry thin set. That night I tapped on every tile and if they sounded loose, I marked them. Some fell off while I tapped and at the end I had over 30 markers. They “fixed” it, but with the tiles they removed and replaced which means that our shower walls have a lot of chipped tile and are not straight. He also clearly did not measure/plan properly for a niche and had to redo it at least twice before ultimately abandoning it and filling the place with tile. It looks atrocious. About a year later, the grout under the window in the shower cracked all along. I have never been able to get brandon to come and fix it, despite him claiming he would. He never even responded to my messages after a certain point. Also, his workers laid a rough piece of wood across the tub to reach the top of the shower and it scratched up the tub so much i can never get it to look clean. I also paid $300 for an inset medicine cabinet that they installed crookedly because it rubs; the wall has a marred groove and the finish has been crumbling since day 1. There are other things too but aren’t as egregious as the ones listed. Overall extremely low quality work; looks like a first time DIY project. Oh my favorite is that Brandon said the bathroom came with a “hefty warranty”. My husband works a second job which is how we saved up money for this remodel and I literally feel sick every time I walk into that bathroom.
