Contacted this vendor as they were "recommended" by the Home Depot "Pro Referral" site and they were the first to contact me about my request to install a replacement attic ladder. THEY stated when they could come out to do it - that target time was 2 hours ago now - no calls, no messages, and not answering their phone. Then I get back on Yelp just now and see someone else wrote about his poor interactions with them just today as well. So, can not recommend.
