We hired Klebson and his crew to finish our basement in January. In June, the project was not even half finished. We had to terminate the business with Klebson because of constant delays, insufficient excuses and inconsistencies with the contract. Klebson is a nice person who tries hard to fulfill his job. He seems to have a lot of projects going on at the time that resulted in delays and inconsistent communication. The contract itself was so vague that we ended up having to pay for extras that one expects to be part of a remodel. At the end we found out that Klebson works under the license of a partner, which we wish we had known from the beginning for the sake of transparency. It was a surprise to see that his name was not on the permit he pulled. What seemed to start off as a good project and nice people, ended up in disappointment.
