This guy mike dolan that owns. This company took $4000 of my money. Promising. To in 2 do the work that another contractor had ripped me off for with a deadline of 6 months from when I hired him a small bathroom instead, he did an outside part of the house never did the bathroom. Broke the bathtub that he bought and installed wrong. Never did anything else stole my Faucets and drains
that I had bought separately he took them out of the box that were sitting with the rest of the stuff when he was there. Then, while he was putting on the siding took 3 days, the guys had no idea how to put the siding back on because the same guys weren't there when they took it off and they didn't label it. They left the siding muddy and disgusting. They weren't approved to do it and insurance had not approved it. He just went ahead and did it even though I told him not to do it. Then
He says to me he needs the other half of the money which the agreement was $7200 for the whole bathroom and he buys everything which he did not.
And I said is this for more materials when the deadline was 4 days away. I gave him $3750. Forgetting that i'd given in 4000 at the beginning. So he not only made off with $7200 but also $500 extra more than what was supposed to happened. He never finished the job he made a excuse. After excuse, I'm not showing up and then come to find out. When he was out on my tin roof he put holes. His contractors put a holes through my tin roof causing damage and water damage to the downstairs outside patio. Where I had things stored.
They walked all over the tin roof. This Mike is a rip-off. He's a crook. He was there to help me get things done that. Another contractor had ripped me off and he turned around and did the same. Exact thing had to pay another contractor to do all the work plus we do the work or little work that he did do. Got him on videotape driving his truck up into my yard with his approximately 7 to 9 year old daughter in his truck with a beer in his hand as he gets out of the truck drunk.DO NOT USE THIS GUY
