Knowledgeable, on time, keeps promises, always leaves site clean,reasonably priced.They did new roof and patio for us and we would recommend them absolutely. .

Beware!!!!! Hired home for a full house renovation. Learned several months into the project that the bid wasn’t based on my scope of work. 40k over budget and delayed by 4 months. He admitted to me several months in that he knew he wasn’t going to make any money on the project so he kind of gave up. Could that be because the bid wasn’t based on a realistic scope of work. Things I have discovered
1. didn’t insulate the new laundry properly so I had to run a space heater to keep the pipes from freezing.
2 no coordination between his subs so didn’t hook up the condensation pump for my HVAC closet molded over winter
3 paid for some new insulation in the crawl space never installed
4 exterior light fixtures installed no way to turn them on
5 some damaged my cast iron gas stove at some point and I had to pay to have it repaired
I have a laundry list of repairs on things poorly done or damaged during the Renovation.
