Do not recommend! Horrible experience, this guy lies trough his teeth. He never answers his phone and even his workers complaint about not getting paid! He walked out on the job we hired him to do after Harvey without finishing because he said we were “picky/complicated” clients, just because we demanded things done right and how it was promised. Poor workmanship, whatever work he DID complete, is all falling apart. Stay away from hiring this company! Unless you want headaches and someone taking off with your money!

Horrible experience. We did a large renovation with MRS and the experience was horrible. If you want a contractor who lies, cuts corners and cheaps out to get the job done, then use MRS. He promises big and fails to deliver. Since our renovation has been completed we are constantly finding mistakes and just really poor quality work. DO NOT HIRE HIM

Terrible..En octubre 2017 le confié el proyecto a esta compañia MRS( Manuel Ernesto Montoya) agregarle a la casa existente. un proyecto de 4- 5 meses
Segun el contrato, Pero no fue asi. se fue extendiendo por mas de 1 año y se ha ido .. no contesta el telefono . aunque durante estubo trabajando hacía lo mismo pasaban 2 meses y no contestaba el telefono siempre pretende estar ocupado, y dice que las personas subcontratistas no le responden, pone pretexto por todo.
la ultima fecha que contesto el telefono se disculpó por todo.. y me dio fecha exacta para terminarlo que supuestamente iva a ser el 25 de febrero del 2019 pasó esa fecha y no lo hizo, y no me habló, le hace falta poner el aire acondicionado, espejos, y todos los detalles de los banos , la chiminea, y arreglar otras cosas que no hizo bien. ha sido un estres tremendo con esta compania, muy mala experiencia.Terrible .. according to the contract But it was not like that. it was extended for more than 1 year and it's gone .. it does not answer the phone. although he was working towards the same thing during 2 months and he did not answer the phone he always pretends to be busy, and he says that the subcontractors do not answer him, he puts an excuse for everything.
the last date He answered the phone apologized for everything .. and gave me an exact date to finish it supposedly going to be on February 25, 2019 passed that date and did not, and did not talk to me, He need to put the air conditioning, mirrors, and all the details of the bathrooms, the fireplace, and fix other things that did not do well. It has been a tremendous stress with this company, very bad experience.

We hired Manuel Ernesto Montoya with MRS builders to renovate out rental home. He promised the job would be complete in May 2023 and it is August 2023. The job is still incomplete. He will not return our phone calls or text messages. He has left the job site half finished. I believe he used our money to fund other projects and bet on crypto currency. Do not give Manuel Ernesto Montoya and MRS builders one penny of your money. He is full of excuses and lies. He will steal from you and your family.
